Chris Voss

Chris Voss is a former FBI lead international kidnapping negotiator and the CEO of The Black Swan Group, a negotiation consulting firm. During his 24-year tenure with the FBI, he was the lead international kidnapping negotiator and was involved in some of the highest-stakes negotiations in the world.
