Jocko Willink and Leif Babin

Jocko Willink (born 1971) and Leif Babin are decorated former U.S. Navy SEAL officers who served together in the Battle of Ramadi, Iraq, commanding the most highly decorated special operations unit of the Iraq War. After retiring, they co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership and management consulting company. Their philosophy, encapsulated in Extreme Ownership, is based on the combat-proven principles they developed and executed on the battlefield, which they now apply to the business world.
