John Brooks

John Brooks (1920–1993) was an American writer and long-time staff contributor to The New Yorker magazine. He specialized in writing about the world of finance and business. Although he wrote several novels, he is best known for his non-fiction works, particularly Business Adventures: Twelve Classic Tales from the World of Wall Street.
