Julia Cameron

Julia Cameron (born 1948) is an American teacher, author, artist, poet, playwright, journalist, and filmmaker. She is best known for The Artist's Way, which has sold millions of copies and has been translated into numerous languages. Cameron's work focuses on the spiritual dimension of creativity, helping people to recover their creative selves by overcoming fear, self-doubt, and negative conditioning. She has been an active force in the creative recovery movement for decades.
