Ryan Holiday

Ryan Holiday (born 1987) is an American author, marketer, and entrepreneur. He is one of the world's leading popularizers of Stoic philosophy, applying its ancient wisdom to modern life, business, and politics. Holiday is the author of several international bestsellers, including The Obstacle Is the Way, Ego Is the Enemy, and Stillness Is the Key. Discipline Is Destiny is the third book in his Stoic Virtues series, focusing on the cardinal virtue of Temperance (self-control and discipline).
